Worldwide delivery
All shipments within the UK and to the other EU27 member states, USA, and Australia are free of charge.
For all other countries, we will endeavour to offer complimentary shipping. But if your shipping costs are outside our standard shipping tariff, we will contact you and ask you to approve any additional costs before we begin creating your piece of codebyEdge jewellery.
Our target is to have your codebyEdge jewellery to you within 4 to 6 weeks. However, shipping might sometimes take a little longer due to customs or other formalities.
OUR COURIER
We ship using a selection of different logistics companies, including Royal Mail, DHL and FEDEX. You will find details of the courier entrusted to deliver your codebyEdge jewellery in your shipment confirmation email. Some of our courier also offer you the ability to track your shipment.
RETURNS
Each piece of codebyEdge jewellery is made to order and personalised for you, so we’re afraid we can’t accept any returns.
